HOUSE BILL NO. 522 am "An Act relating to discharges from small                                     
commercial passenger vessels; and providing for an effective date"

Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without                                   
objection, it was so ordered.
